The mainline rail station in Hayes, Middlesex has reopened after a man was hit and killed by a train today 16th November.
A witness reported seeing a young man on the platform at the Station, in Station Road, Hayes, at around 1.50pm this afternoon.
He is then said to have climbed down onto the track and stood in front of the oncoming Cardiff to Paddington service which was doing 125 mile-per-hour at the time.
British Transport Police closed the station until 3.05pm to allow an investigation to begin and to recover the body.
